Createx Colors candy2o: Dirt Track Brown (4662)
Made with Metal Complex Dyes that are Light-Fast Stable for an Optimized Color Life.
The Createx Colors candy2o in Dirt Track Brown (4662) is an exceptional water-based paint that offers transparency and vibrant color. It is perfect for airbrushing and can be used as a mid-coat over metallic bases.
One of the distinguishing features of this paint is that it is made with 100% transparent aniline dyes. These dyes ensure that the color is rich and vibrant, adding depth and dimension to your artwork. The Dirt Track Brown shade provides a warm and earthy tone that is perfect for a variety of projects.
To achieve the desired effect, we recommend adding the 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear or the 4030 Balancing Clear to the candy2o paint. These additives not only enhance the color but also provide a more even and heavier coat. The 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear is particularly recommended when using a spray-gun for application.
When using an airbrush, you can use any tip-size and set the pressure between 18 and 27 psi. Add 4050 or 4030, 10% to 300% per volume, and then thin the mixture with the 4011 Reducer by 5% to 20% per volume. For spray guns, we recommend a 1.2 to 1.3mm tip size and a pressure of 18 to 22 psi. Allow the candy2o mix to acclimate for at least 10 minutes before spraying. Mix 4050 with candy2o at a ratio of 3:1 and thin with the 4011 Reducer by 5% to 10% per volume.
To prevent bleeding or leaching of the dyes into top-coated colors or clear, it is essential to apply the 4040 Bleed Checker over the candy2o. This will ensure the integrity of your final coats and maintain the vibrancy of the colors.
