The Createx Colors candy2o Caribe Blue 4657 is a water-based, 100% transparent aniline dye that is perfect for use as airbrush paint and a mid-coat over a metallic base. With its vibrant and eye-catching Caribbean blue color, this product is sure to enhance any project or design.

To achieve the best results, it is recommended to mix the candy2o with either the 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear or the 4030 Balancing Clear. The 4050 UVLS Gloss Clear is especially recommended when using a spray gun, as it allows for a more even and heavier color coat. Depending on your desired intensity, you can add between 10% and 300% of either the 4050 or the 4030 per volume. Additionally, thinning the mixture with the 4011 Reducer in a ratio of 5% to 20% per volume is recommended for airbrush application, and 5% to 10% per volume for spray gun application.

Before spraying the candy2o mix, it is important to allow it to acclimate for at least 10 minutes. When using a spray gun with a tip size of 1.2mm to 1.3mm and a pressure of 18 to 22 psi, the candy2o mix should be combined with the 4050 in a ratio of 3:1, and then thinned with the 4011 Reducer as mentioned above.

To prevent any bleeding or leaching of the dyes into top-coated colors or clear, it is advised to apply the 4040 Bleed Checker over the candy2o.
